Our process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner and notify the party who posted the material, where applicable.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address containing your identification, the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
